Seared Scallops and Grit Pudding
June 19, 2010 – 3:21 pm
It was a tough call between the Panko crusted seared scallops over warm Gorgonzola and grit pudding topped with thyme, cranberry, and red onion marmalade or the Grouper over roasted cauliflower and garlic mash, collard greens topped with cream corn.
The scallop dish (shown) won.
And Thursday is $5 Martini night with live music.
Available at The Bistro At Adams Farm.

Is Bistro what used to be called Marisol or is Adams Farm becoming the gourmet capital of GSO?

Hey cp and thanks for the peptobismo!
The Bistro is fairly new and is about a half mile toward Greensboro from Marisol. Please tell Rhonda that you know me and she may throw in a fried green tomato on your order.
My current addiction is the tuna taco.
