Japanese Persimmons

November 21, 2008 – 11:20 am

Our Japanese persimmons are about ripe. Approximately the size of a small apple the fruit is delicious.

You can put them in the freezer and eat them like sorbet.

Nancy Reagan’s recipe for persimmon pudding.

E-mail me if you want some.

  2. Yeah? You think them is REAl persimmons? If they is bigger’un your thumb and ain’t picked off’n the ground after the first frost, they ain’t. That ’bout sums up this world, today. Chop down all the real’uns, then plant some commie substitute. What in the name of all Creation would Nancy Davis know ’bout ’simmons?

  3. Nancy Davis served ’simmon puddings at her seances. Dead people talked to her and then dead husband who served into his second term after his death around 1985.
