Fat boy here is trying to lose weight. I'm doing the raw thing. Raw nuts, fruits and veggies, raw fish, etc.
I'm sitting with a friend enjoying some nice sushi when I almost gag from a pugent aroma that found my nose. Cigarette smoke in a smoke free restaurant? How dare ...

I attended Guilford County's celebration of the passage of HB2 which prohibits smoking in restaurants and bars today at Gate City Lanes on Hornaday Road along with Dr. Dick Rosen.
Dr. Rosen and I have been working together on this issue now for 20 years as evidenced by the newspaper we're ...

I serve on the Board at Smoke Free Guilford.
Today, a local official explained new HB2 that covers smoking in restaurants and bars that takes effect on Jan 2 will also include (by legal definition) the restaurant area at the local tobacco cartel. That's probably not going to go smoothly at ...

Faley gathered ...

A great editorial in the N&R today. It's probably the first time since the invention of ink that I could have written a N&R editorial word for word. Don't get used to that AJ. They quickly let Bruce Caldwell parrot the tobacco cartel's brainwashing techniques that resemble a worn out ...

It wasn't planned. It just happened. Unintended passion has resulted in a once every three months affair with the utensil you see in the photograph called a cystoscope. Moans and screams caused calls to 911 operators in three counties. And that was while I was still in the waiting room.
Foreplay ...

At least four Republicans have signed on to the proposed Public and Workplace Smoking Ban as sponsors or co sponsors.
Good. Lungs are non partisan. That should reduce the knots knocked on my head after attending GOP meetings.
Scheduled vote is now April 1st.
Ah oh.
From Elon Poll: "Eighty-seven percent agreed that employees have ...
