Sometime in the late 80's or early 90's Senator Ted Kennedy mentioned "a small group from Greensboro, NC" that fought the tobacco companies and won.
He was referring to Greensboro To Alleviate Smoking Pollution's successful attempt to enact smoking restrictions in stores and restaurants in 1989.
